DELIVERY & RETURNS

1. Delivery Zones

BLEUROC currently delivers to the following geographical areas:

       All member countries of the European Union

       The United Kingdom

       Switzerland

We are actively working to expand our delivery areas. If your country is not listed above, we encourage you to check back regularly on our shop or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of our upcoming availability.

Orders placed from a country not served will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared by our logistics provider within 1 to 2 business days following confirmation of your payment.

Orders placed outside of working days (weekends and public holidays) will be processed from the next working day.

During peak periods (promotions, holidays, product launches), this timeframe may exceptionally be extended to 3 business days. We will inform you whenever possible.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

European Union:

       3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country

United Kingdom :

       4 to 8 business days

Swiss :

       5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier conditions, customs procedures, and events beyond our control. BLEUROC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

 

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link allowing you to track your package in real time.

If you have not received this email within 3 working days of your order, we invite you to check your junk mail folder or contact our customer service at info@bleuroc.com.

 

6. Customs and Taxes

European Union:

Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties. The applicable VAT is included in the price displayed in our shop.

United Kingdom and Switzerland:

Orders shipped to the UK and Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or the delivery charges.

We recommend that you check with your country's customs authorities before placing your order. BLEUROC cannot be held responsible for these additional charges or for delays related to customs clearance.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or if it arrived damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@bleuroc.com as soon as possible, specifying:

       Your order number

       Your tracking number

       A description and, if applicable, photos of the damage observed

We will do what is necessary to resolve the situation as quickly as possible in coordination with our logistics provider.

 

8. Extension of Delivery Zones

BLEUROC aims to expand its deliveries to new countries soon. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know about any new destinations.
